All About Japan: Book a School Visit!

The "All About Japan" School Visit Program is organized by the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto and services schools in the GTA. Staff will visit your classroom and hold age-appropriate presentations on a topic of your choice.

Although the program is geared towards older students, younger learners may be accommodated if requested. The program is offered on weekdays between 10:00am and 3:30pm.

Examples of topics include:

- General information (geography, population, etc.)
- Japan and the world (trade, tourism, etc.)
- The Japanese language 
- The Japanese school system
- Food
- Anime and manga
- Festivals
- Tea ceremony

These visits are free of charge. We do ask, however, for assistance from the teachers of the school for supervision.
