On November 3, 2025 (Japan Standard Time), the Government of Japan announced the recipients of the 2025 Autumn Imperial Decorations. Among them was the following Japanese national from within the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto. Upon the announcement, Mr. Motegi Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, sent a congratulatory message to them.
