"Issei Day" held at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre

On October 5, the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre held "Issei Day," paying tribute to the contributions of Japanese Canadian seniors, celebrating their longevity, and praying for their health. Approximately 350 seniors aged 70 and over attended the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre and enjoyed lunch boxes, sake, singing, koto performances, and dancing.
