2025/2/1
On January 28, the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto held an event at the Consul-General's official residence to showcase traditional Japanese sake-brewing and washoku, traditional dietary culture of the Japanese. Sake Samurai and International Sake Sommelier Mr. Michael Tremblay spoke about the appeal of sake, which is rooted in Japan's diverse land and culture, and the pairings of each sake served with chef Sugiyama's kaiseki cuisine. The sakes were served in sake vessels provided by Kintsugi art master Shuichi.
