An event to taste premium Sake paired with authentic Japanese cuisine

On October 4, distinguished guests in various fields such as culinary culture, arts and business enjoyed pairings of premium sake and authentic Japanese cuisine at the official residence of Consul-General of Japan in Toronto. In the course of the event, Mr. Michael Tremblay, a Sake Samurai, explained about these Sakes as well as their pairing with Japanese cuisine prepared by Mr. Yuji Sugiyama, chef of the residence. The event was convened also in cooperation with Mr. Shotaro Ozawa, president of Sake Institute of Ontario. As one of the guests expressed, the event helped them enhance their appreciation of sake.
