2020 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals: Mr. David Worts, Mr. Ronald E. Starr and Mr. Stephen Dereck Oikawa

On Nov. 3, 2020 (Japan Standard Time), the Government of Japan announced the recipients of the 2020 Autumn Imperial Decorations. Among them were the following three Canadians from within the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto. Upon the announcement, Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, sent a congratulatory message to them.
