Message from the Toronto Raptors (on the Occasion of the Tanabata Festival)

The Toronto Raptors participated in the Consulate-General of Japan’s “Wish Upon a Tanabata Star” social media campaign by sending us their wish.

They said: “The Toronto Raptors wish the team will win another championship and have another celebration with the Japanese community at a game in the future.”

Consul-General of Japan ITO Takako participated in the Raptors’ “Japan Day” held on Jan. 17 and watched the game with about 400 members of the local Japanese community.
