2019 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals – Mr. Réal Tanguay, former Chair of Toyota Canada, and Mr. David Wesley Morrison, Chair of the City of Barrie’s International Relations Committee

On Nov, 3, 2019 (Japan Standard Time), the Government of Japan announced the foreign recipients of the 2019 Autumn Imperial Decorations. Among them were the following two individuals from within the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto. Upon the announcement, MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, sent a congratulatory message to them. Ceremonies for bestowal of the decoration will be held in due course.
