2018 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals

The Government of Japan announced on April 29 that it will confer decorations on 140 foreign nationals as part of the 2018 Spring Conferment of Decorations.
Within the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto, Dr. Theodore William Goossen has been awarded one of these decorations. The details are as follows:
