Consul-General Ito Visits Windsor

Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens and Consul-General of Japan Takako Ito.

On March 22 and 23, Consul-General of Japan Takako Ito visited Windsor, Ontario, which is a sister city of Fujisawa in Japan’s Kanagawa Prefecture, and met with Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens, City Councillor Fred Francis and Mr. Percy Hatfield, MPP (Windsor—Tecumseh). She also gave a presentation on Japanese foreign policy and Japan-Canada relations at the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business. As well, she visited TRQSS, a subsidiary of Tokai Rika Co. Ltd., and exchanged views with staff and toured its plant.
