On Dec. 3, Consul-General of Japan Takako Ito attended the "Fuyu Matsuri" (Winter Festival) hosted by the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre. In addition to giving opening remarks, she joined other attendants in enjoying Japanese arts and crafts, saké, Japanese food and workshops.
