2026 Japanese Canadian Leadership Programme (JCLP)

Applications Now Open: Japanese Canadian Leadership Programme (JCLP)  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan is now inviting applications for the Japanese Canadian Leadership Programme (JCLP), open to Japanese Canadians from across Canada. The programme will take place in Japan from Sunday, November 29 to Saturday, December 5, 2026. The application deadline is July 31, 2026. Please see below for further details.
