Sogetsu Ikebana Toronto Branch's 42st Ikebana Show

On June 13, the Sogetsu Ikebana Toronto Branch hosted its 42nd Annual Flower Show, "Tango with Ikebana," at the Toronto Botanical Garden, where four ikebana instructors expressed the world of Tango through flowers and branches alone. Violinist Holly Cheng performed Tango pieces, creating a beautiful fusion of ikebana and music. Consul-General Matsunaga's remarks at the event can be found here.
