Prayer for Lasting Peace and Celebration for Freedom and Friendship

On August 16th, Consul General Matsunaga gave remarks at a large-scale community event hosted by Japan Festival CANADA, praying for lasting peace and celebrating the 10th anniversary of the event that represents freedom and friendship Japan and Canada enjoy today and in future.
