Sogetsu Ikebana Toronto East Branch's 50th Ikebana Exhibition

On May 11, the 50th Ikebana Exhibition hosted by the Sogetsu Ikebana Toronto East Branch took place at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre (JCCC) and drew many visitors. In addition to displaying forty-five flower arrangements by its members, an instructor from the branch conducted a demonstration. The branch has been offering ikebana classes at the JCCC for many years [https://jccc.on.ca/programs/cultural-classes/ikebana-sogetsu ] and has been actively expanding the community of ikebana enthusiasts in Toronto. Consul Ota Tomohiro attended the event and offered words of congratulation on the 50th Exhibition.
