On March 2 and 3, the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre (JCCC) hosted Harumatsuri with the atmosphere of Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival) attracting a large number of people from the local communities. On March 3, Consul General Matsunaga Takeshi greeted the participants at the event.
