Japan Film Night Celebrates Japanese Film and Filmmakers at TIFF 2024

On Sept. 9, Japan Film Night, a reception celebrating Japanese films and filmmakers at the Toronto International Film Festival 2024, was hosted by: The Japan Foundation, Toronto; Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Jaoan; the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO); UNIJAPAN; and the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto.  Consul-General of Japan in Toronto Matsunaga Takeshi was in attendance and gave remarks.
 
The Consulate-General of Japan provided the following premium sake for the guests: Eikun Sparkling Sake from Kyoto Prefecture, Imanishiki Nenrin S Junmai Daiginjo from Nagano Prefecture, and Kamitaka Junmai Daiginjo from Hyogo Prefecture.
