Dr. Takesue Akiko, Bishop White Committee Associate Curator of Japanese Art & Culture at the Royal Ontario Museum, held a talk event on Sakura-related artwork in the museum’s collection on May 10, co-hosted by The Japan Foundation, Toronto, and the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto. Consul-General Matsunaga Takeshi was in attendance and gave remarks.
