Online Haiku Poetry Lecture Held

On Oct. 27 (Thu.), the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto held an Online Haiku Poetry Lecture.
Ms. Kimiko Horne, a renowned Haiku poet who lives in Ontario, was invited to be the lecturer at this event. She introduced the attendants not only to Japan’s Haiku culture, but also such topics as methods of composing Haiku in English. Attendants were also given an opportunity to write and present their own Haiku.
