2022 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals: Mr. NOMA Kenichiro

On November 3, 2022 (Japan Standard Time), the Government of Japan announced the recipients of the 2022 Autumn Imperial Decorations. Among them was the following individual from within the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto. Upon the announcement, Mr. HAYASHI Yoshimasa, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, sent a congratulatory message to Mr. NOMA Kenichiro who have worked for Japanese-Canadians and promoted Japanese studies and youth exchange between Japan and Canada.
