On August 14, the Canadian Japanese Culture Centre of Hamilton (CJCC) held its first Summer Festival. The Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto participated by providing hands-on Japanese cultural experiences and displaying various cultural items.
This event was co-presented by the CJCC and the Hamilton Chapter of the National Association of Japanese Canadians (NAJC). Many visitors came from Hamilton and other cities in Ontario to enjoy a various facets of Japanese culture.
