Introduction of Washoku and Japanese Ingredients at Restaurant Canada’s RC Show (May 9-11, 2022)

From May 9-11, the Japanese Government, along with JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), participated in Restaurant Canada’s RC Show, successfully promoting Japanese sake, cuisine, and specialized equipment. The Consulate-General of Japan in Honolulu's Chef MAKINO Yuta, with SUZUKI Haruna (Chef at the Official Residence of the Consul-General of Japan in Toronto), demonstrated the use of Japanese ingredients and techniques.
