Consul General Yamamoto Pays Courtesy Call on Toronto's Mayor Ford
Consul General of Japan Eiji Yamamoto visited Toronto City Hall on April 22 to pay a courtesy call on Mayor Rob Ford. A fruitful discussion took place, running longer than had been scheduled, centering on further strengthening economic ties and increasing cultural exchange between Japan and Toronto, which recently had been designated the fourth largest city in North America.
