Promoting Japan at Toronto's Ultimate Travel Show

 

The Consulate-General of Japan this year will participate in Toronto's Ultimate Travel Show on Jan. 28 and 29 (Sat. and Sun.) at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Our booth will promote various aspects of tourism to Japan with our partners the Japan National Tourism Organization, City of Tokyo Tourism, Japan Airlines, Kintetsu International Express (Canada) and JTB International (Canada). Toronto's Ultimate Travel Show is held annually and has long been known for its entertaining and informative presentation of premier travel destinations, providers, hotels and resorts all under one roof.

 

In addition to having a booth that features, brochures, displays, videoa and short cultural performances, Japan will be featured on the main stage in the following presentations:

 

Sat. Jan. 28, 2:00 ~ 2:30 pm - "The Best of Japan: Who, What, When, Where and Why" by CBC journalist John Northcott

 

Sun. Jan. 29, 2:00 ~ 2:30 pm - "Adventures in Japan: Sushi, Sake and Steve" by Steve Gillick, President of the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors
