JAPAN NOW Lecture Series: Kiyohiko Nishimura, Tokyo University Economist and Former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Japan

 

Dr. Kiyohiko Nishimura of the University of Tokyo gave a presentation
at the University of Toronto.

 

On Nov. 22, Dr. Kiyohiko Nishimura, Professor of Economics of the Graduate School of Economics at the University of Tokyo and National Graduate Institute for Public Policy, as well as Former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Japan, gave a presentation at the University of Toronto in the second instalment of the JAPAN NOW Lecture Series co-organized by the Consulate-General of Japan and the Munk School of Global Affairs. The two-hour presentation was tilted “Three Seismic Shifts in the Global Economy and Japan as a Spearhead of the Change” and was attended by researchers, students and the general public.

 

 

Consul-General of Japan Yasunori Nakayama gave greetings.
