Consul-General Nakayama Attends Japan Film Night
On Sept. 8, newly arrived Consul-General of Japan Yasunori Nakayama attended the Japan Film Night reception, hosted by the Japan Foundation, Toronto and UNIJAPAN to celebrate the Japanese films and film makers featured at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival. In attendance were 150 guests representing the Japanese film industry, the local Japanese and Japanese Canadian community, the cultural and academic communities, the media and others.
